Let's Break It all Down

Days 1-2: Basics Of Face Yoga
Once you join the Challenge, you will receive your first 5-minute pre-recorded Routines to familiarize yourself with using your hands as tools and actually feeling your facial muscles - maybe for the first time EVER! We’ll use these tips to ensure we’re practicing the exercises correctly and effectively from here on out.
Days 3-6: Eyes & Forehead
In the next few days, we’ll be diving into the Eyes & Forehead area. Understanding how to control the largest muscles on our face, starting with the Forehead. From here, we’ll work down to the more subtle movements to refine and lift the area for big, bright Eyes! This is really where you start feeling the benefits of creating a daily self-care habit, even if it’s only 5-minutes a day.
Days 7-10: Mouth & Cheeks
The next few days give us a chance to take what we’ve learned and move down the face and work on sculpting the middle part, which seems to start sagging first as we age. We’ll workout smile and marionette lines that form due to unconscious aging habits like sleeping on your side.
Days 11-14: Neck & Jawline
Then we move to everyone’s favorite area to exercise for that toned and no-makeup beauty secret - the neck and jawline! We’ll be teaching you how to use your knuckles to move around the lymphatic fluid that collects in the area, and using the tongue (yes the tongue is a muscle!) to counteract the inner structure that forms a double chin. These are some of my favorite days of the Challenge, because you begin to actually visibly see the transformation on your face!
Day 15: Class For The Whole Face
You’d better believe we planned a special final day of the Challenge, where we’ll be teaching you a FULL 20-minute Face Yoga Routine! This day will bring everything together.

Hi there! I’m Fumiko Takatsu, the founder and creator of the Face Yoga Method.

I’m passionate about helping people rediscover their natural beauty and confidence through the power of Face Yoga. Years ago, after a life-changing car accident, I was inspired to develop a method to heal and rejuvenate my face naturally.

This journey led me to create the Face Yoga Method, and over the years, I’ve had the joy of helping thousands of people transform their faces and lives with simple, effective exercises. And when I mean transform, I mean from the INSIDE-OUT.

How much time do I need to commit to the Challenge?
The minimum daily time commitment for the pre-recorded video Routines is 5 minutes. We suggest practicing the 5-minute routines 2-3 times per day.

What is your refund policy?
