Nobody loses sleep over a wrinkle

What you notice now is bigger.

For years, you looked like yourself. Then, almost suddenly, the change was not in one line or one spot anymore. You catch yourself in a shop window or on a video call, and your face is coming down everywhere. The cheeks have slid toward the smile lines. The smile lines have deepened into marionette lines. The jawline has softened into jowls, there is fullness under the chin, and below it, a neck that looks older than you feel.

You tried a cream, then a serum, then a device. Some of it helped a little, for a while, but the direction never changed. Somewhere along the way, the word facelift started to sound reasonable, and you started to wonder if anything else could work.

Why it all comes down together

Here is what nobody told you. Your face has muscles, just like the rest of your body, and those muscles attach directly into your skin. Whatever they are doing, your skin shows. A cream will never reach them. That is why face yoga is facial fitness: when you work the muscles, the skin follows.

And those muscles do not work alone. They sit on one continuous sheet of connective tissue that runs up from your décolletage, the upper chest, through your neck and into your face. When that sheet is pulled from below, and after 45 it often is, the whole face follows, one area after the next.

That is why a cream on the cheeks or a routine for the jawline never held. It worked on the end of the line. This workshop starts at the beginning of it.

This workshop is for you if

✔ Everything heading down at once is what you notice first every morning, not one line or one spot.
✔ You have worked on one area at a time, and nothing held.
✔ You are not ready for a facelift, and you want to know if there is another way.
✔ You are in your 50s, 60s, 70s or beyond, and you believe your face can still change.

From where it starts — to your whole face

These are not three separate lessons. It is one practice, taught in three parts, so by Day 3 your whole face is working together.

1

Friday, November 6 · 9:00 AM Pacific

Where the pull actually starts

Day 1 goes to where the pull begins: the décolletage and neck, the part that has been dragging your double chin and everything above it down for years. You leave with the first piece of the practice, the one every other piece depends on, and one small change you will carry into the rest of your day, at your desk, in the car, on your phone, that starts taking the weight off your face.

2

Saturday, November 7 · 9:00 AM Pacific

Bringing the work up into the face

Day 2 is for the part you see most: the jowls, the marionette lines, the cheeks. You work them in the order they actually depend on each other, and you learn the one thing you do all day, without knowing it, that keeps pulling your jaw and mouth corners down. By the end of Day 2, you have the second piece of the practice and you know how to catch that habit every time it starts.

3

Sunday, November 8 · 9:00 AM Pacific

The Whole Face, Working as One

Day 3 puts Day 1 and Day 2 together into one practice for your whole face, done with Tina from start to finish: how long it takes, how often to do it, and what to pay attention to in your own face as the weeks go on. You leave with the practice in your hands, and you understand why working the whole face, in order, is what lets the change hold.

By the end of Day 3 you will have

01

One practice for your whole face, not a different fix for every spot.

02

The order to do it in, so each area helps the next instead of fighting it.

03

The cause of your own sag, found with your own hands, so you stop guessing.

04

A clear picture of what has to happen for your face to change, whether you continue with us or not.
