Day 2 – RELEASE
Today, we’ll release physical and emotional blockages, using the gentle pressure of our fingertips to restore balance in the neck and jawline. As we focus on Relaxing, you'll feel a sense of light wash over you, lifting your spirits and revitalizing your entire body.
Day 3 – REBUILD
On this day, we're taking things to the next level by rebuilding new muscle memories that will transform your appearance. By activating and deactivating specific muscles, you'll begin to notice a toned chin, a defined jawline, and a youthful-looking neck.
Day 4 – RELAX
After all the hard work we've put in so far, it's important to take a step back and focus on the power of relaxation! Today, we'll be exploring how to create a balance between activating and relaxing the muscles in the neck and jawline.
Day 5 – REPEAT
This is your moment to shine and put everything you've learned into practice. Today, we're going to combine all of the poses and techniques you've learned over the past four days to build your own Face Yoga Routine.
