Hi there! I'm Fumiko Takatsu.

Since 2006, I've been working with tens of thousands of women, helping them walk with confidence in the world and embrace a Pro-aging life with the Face Yoga Method.

My Pro-Aging revolution began nearly 21 years ago, following a severe car crash.
After the accident, my body was thrown totally out of alignment.
