In my mid-30s, I started to see the signs of premature aging on my face. Wrinkles popping up around my eyes and deep lines around my mouth. I was looking tired everyday even when I got enough sleep, with puffy eyebags and a worsening double chin.

My confidence hit a record-low. I tried covering up with makeup and concealer, but nothing worked. I even considered getting Botox and a face lift - just to make myself feel better.

But while working out at the gym it hit me: why not strengthen and tone my face like I exercise my body? It’s all made up of muscles, right?

It was then that I began a 20-journey into creating targeted facial exercises that naturally lift the face and smooth out wrinkles 100% naturally.

My Pro-Aging Journey

When I started researching facial exercises in the early
2000s, there was little to no robust information out there. So
I took it upon myself to become obsessed with the face’s
components and how they work together.

I mapped out all the facial bones and muscles and got to
work. For years I used my own face, along with trial and
error to craft exercises that brought results.
I took my exercises to research facilities to verify their
effectiveness, taught classes to students from all around the
world, and asked good questions.

  • There are facial movements and exercises that actually make wrinkles worse and that’s why it’s so important to learn anatomically correct poses. This sounds obvious now, but I’d never thought of it before.
  • We all have habits that age us prematurely, and until we become AWARE of them and PREVENT them, we will be adding to the problem without even knowing it!

Will I see visible results?
Face Yoga as a practice is a holistic, ongoing, lifelong process. Do some people experience dramatic results? Yes, they do. Does everyone see visible results after a week of practicing? No, but most are extremely positive about their experiences and progress. Expect to lay the groundwork for selfcare. It's fun, science-based, and practical.
I'm a total beginner, can I join?
Yes! Beginners often experience the biggest gains. These are challenging, but very accessible poses. They take more focus and patience than physical prowess. You're most welcome no matter what your level or ability.
I have a facial injury, is this safe?
In all cases, please check with your doctor. I am not a medical doctor or physical therapist, and this course is not intended to treat or cure any medical conditions. It is designed to provide a strength, stretch, balance framework for your healing. In all cases, your health is your responsibility.
Do I need any special props or equipment?
Just a handheld mirror. I will show you some props, but you can use things around the house as substitutes.
