Day 2: Refreshing Your Forehead & Eyes
Your eyes reflect your emotions and experiences, but they often carry tension from stress and screen time. The forehead, too, tends to store worry and strain.
Today, we’ll focus on mindful Face Yoga Poses that promote circulation, ease tension, and restore that natural sparkle to your eyes. You’ll also learn techniques to support common concerns like forehead lines, crow’s feet, and under-eye puffiness.
With just a few minutes a day, you’ll notice how these areas start to feel more relaxed and rejuvenated.
Day 3: Lifting and Defining Your Mouth & Cheeks
Now it’s time to add a second pose to your custom routine!
Today’s focus is on the mid-face. You’ll practice movements that tone and lift your cheeks, soften laugh lines, and support a naturally radiant smile.
These targeted exercises will help you feel more confident and connected to your expression, giving your face a refreshed and vibrant look.
Day 4: Releasing Tension in Your Neck & Jawline

What happens if I miss a day?
No worries! If you miss a class, the recordings will be uploaded to the Face Yoga Method Community Platform and remain accessible until September 14. You can catch up at your convenience.
 What time will the LIVE lessons be held?
The live classes are scheduled for 9 AM PT each day, from September 8-12. Additionally, there will be four Live Q&A sessions at 12 PM PT. All sessions will take place inside the Face Yoga Method Community Platform.
 What if I live in a different timezone?
You can still participate! Recordings of all classes and Q&A sessions will be available in the Face Yoga Method Community Platform until September 14. This way, you can watch the lessons at your own pace.
 How much time do I need to commit to the Face Yoga Coaching Week?
Each live class is approximately 30 to 40 minutes long. To get the most out of Coaching Week, we recommend setting aside this time each day. If you choose to join the live Q&A sessions, plan for additional time at 12 PM PT.
What supplies do I need?
You’ll need:

- Your Face Yoga Coaching Week Guidebook
- Your Diagnose Your Face Assessment
- Daily Worksheets (included in your welcome email) 
- A mirror is also helpful during exercises!
 What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day refund policy from your payment date. If you decide Coaching Week isn’t for you, simply email our Customer Support team at info@faceyogamethod.com  to request a refund. Please note that refund requests through other methods will not be processed.
