Day 1: A Deeper Look Into Your Daily Habits
We start with a detailed look at your facial structure. This exciting step includes some fun drawings to help you get to know your face better! Together we'll learn the things you're doing daily that are taking a toll on you and keeping you from looking and feeling your best (and simple switches you can make). This fun and informative session sets the stage for your Face Yoga journey!
Day 2: Forehead & Eyes
The eyes, often neglected, serve as our windows to the world's vibrant colors and emotions. Life's stresses can sometimes dull their sparkle. Meanwhile, the forehead area tends to hoard all the stress and tension. Today, let's give them the loving attention they deserve by enhancing circulation and releasing tension. This is really where you start feeling the amazing benefits of creating a daily self-care habit, even if you start with only 5 minutes a day.
Day 3: Mouth & Cheeks
Think about the most contagious smile you've ever seen. There was a spark in the eyes, a warmth that spread throughout their face. When we smile from the heart, it's more than just a facial expression; it's an emotional experience that can uplift us and everyone around us. Today, we'll bring out that very same radiance within you! As we nurture our smiles, let's also pay attention to our cheeks, ensuring our happiness shines through to our eyes.
Day 4: Neck & Jawline
If you find yourself clenching your jaw or experiencing stiffness in your neck, you know just how much tension the body can hold in these areas. This day is particularly special during Coaching Week because you'll start to physically feel the tension ease from your neck and shoulders. As this tension lifts, you'll feel lighter and enjoy greater mobility, giving you a renewed sense of ease and comfort in your body.
Day 5: Take Home Your Full-Face Routine
We'll integrate everything we've learned into a full-face self-loving practice. This comprehensive session will help you integrate these loving techniques into a holistic practice that honors every part of your face and being. By the end, you'll feel empowered with a deeper connection to yourself, ready to carry forward a loving self-care practice that uplifts your spirit, nurtures your body, and brings a lasting sense of peace and joy to your life.

I’m Tina Scholl, your Coach!
I'm a certified Face Yoga Method teacher with over 500 classes under my belt. Face Yoga has empowered me with profound knowledge of the facial aging process at multiple levels—from muscles and skin to circulation and lymphatic drainage.

As a certified physical therapist and massage therapist with over 25 years of experience, I have a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, with a deep understanding of the human body and its complex systems. This knowledge enables me to take a comprehensive and personalized approach to beauty and facial rejuvenation.
My expertise extends to a range of non-invasive techniques, including Intraoral Massage, Esthetic Taping, and Facial Cupping. This holistic self-care approach keeps me grounded and centered, enabling me to show up as my best self every day. Now, it's my mission to share these transformative practices with as many women as possible, helping you understand not just what to do, but why it works.

Together, we will diagnose your unique facial needs and create a personalized Face Yoga routine. This journey will give you a taste of the potential, fun, confidence, and fulfillment that awaits you!
